Young people visit our office from all over Nepal especially from the remote areas. They are then put through an interview. they are then selected depending on their physical attributes, education and experience and summarily categorized into these major areas.
- Hospitality: Waiter / Waitress, cooks. Receptionist, room boy, bell boy,bartender, life guard, cleaner etc. (all categories)
- Technical: Mechanical, electrical, electronic etc. (all categories)
- Security: Guard, Watchman, Supervisors etc.
- Hospital: Nurses, Deification, Doctors etc.
- Departmental Store: Salesman/girl, storekeeper etc. (all categories)
- Computer: Operators, Hardware and Software experts.
- Construction: Operators, drivers, engineers, Foreman, Overseas, Labour
- Factory: Production Operators etc.
- Others: As per requirement
Candidates, who are already trained and have the experience to carry on work overseas, documents, are forwarded to the concerned manpower agency overseas. Those ones who have not acquired any skills are then sent to the training center to train in particulars trade. English language, cleanliness manners and etiquette are compulsory in all the trades and form a vital part of the training curricula. |
